Update: All Four Ex Officers Gets Federal Civil Rights Charges In George Floyd Murder Case

Civil rights charges have been issued to tex-cop Chauvin J involved in the murder of George Floyd by a grand jury in Minneapolis. Additionally, three more ex- cops faces charges too asThomas Lane, Alexander Kueng,n and Tou Thao faces state charges for denying Floyd of his civil rights based on color of law. In other words, acting upon the maximum level as police officers.

According to CBS News, Chauvin is accuesed by the indictment of willingly denying Floyd's constitutional rights of his protection from illegal search and seizure, including rights of remaining free from obstructive force from police.

The indictment further includes that Chauvin set up his actions on Floyd to the ground using his knee on Floyd's neck while he was handcuffed and unresisting, which caused Floyd's death, CBS News also reported.


Additionally, the other three officers were also charged for also denying the same rights of Floyd by not getting in between Chauvin's evil actions against Floyd at that moment.
