$15 Million Contribution Collected By Bail Project In Support Of George Floyd

Donations, provided by the Bail Project, have continued to rise to a point where proceeds have reached more than $15 million, out of almost $200,000 by donors within weeks, as mentioned by the non-profits' spokes person Joseph Pate, since George Floyd's murder by Minneapolis PD officers.


Furthermore, artists have also showed their support too. Nicki Minaj is amongst one of the stars in hip hop who made a donation as she announced that part of the proceeds from her collabed single with 6ix9ine, Trollz," are provided for the Bail project.


"A portion of the proceeds from 'Trollz' including march items, will be going to The Bail Project Inc., [@bailoutproject]," Minaj said on a Instagram post, TMZ reported. Another contribution was forwarded to the project by Lil. Baby after he split his money, which he gained from his "The Bigger Picture" track, and extended his offer to other important causes related to the Black Lives Matter Movement.


The impact of support for George Floyd, and his family has been positively noticed. simultaneously, it's important that justice is served. Let's continue to speak up, and take positive actions like protesting, educate, inspire, and motivate. Don't stay silent.
