These sexual assault cases are getting insane. At this point, p Diddy is the center of attention in this case which dates back to the early 90s… but additionally, the hip hop mogul is also accused of drugging the lady too???
Back in 1991, Joi Dickerson-Neal (plantiff) was a college student at Syracuse University that time of the potential incident, TMZ reported.
Her claim indicates that Neal met Diddy where she revealed that he escorted her on date which flipped sides.
Apparently, Diddy took Neal out for a bite at a Garlem Chicken And Waffles, where she covered shifts, in January that year. Afterwards, he gave the lady a ride to a studio.
The lady’s claim also describes physicality where she included that her legs felt rubbery and she wasn’t able to stand when she attempted to step out of Diddy’s car which caused Neal to believe that the Bad Boy CEO has drugged her during their meal time, TMZ also reported.
Her claim at the studio leads to the sexual assault after Neal left the studio, that night, where they ended up at a house which is when the assault occurred as he also secretly recorded that moment??? Woah, creepily strange.
No mercy is aimed towards Diddy as Neal’s lawsuit also includes the New York’s Adult Survivor’s Act, a law that assists alleged victims with sexual assault cases under a one-year to prepare a civil lawsuit. Additionally, it doesn’t matter if it’s acceptable even if the limits of the lawsuit benefits expires.
It’s been made official considering that she met the deadline Thursday to prepare her lawsuit.
“This last- minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head,” a spokesperson for Diddy explained, according to TMZ. “Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more,” the spokesperson added.
Within her lawsuit against Diddy, she mentioned that the secret recording has been showed to multiple people by him where she also stated that a musician revealed to her that Diddy has shown the recording yo “everyone,” TMZ also reported.
Emotions of her experience with Diddy prompt her to take risky actions when she dtopped out of Syracuse as she was also diagnosed with clinical depression.
