Damn, he’s facing another situation once more as Kanye West is being sued by a man who accused him of assault which dates back to the year of 2022????
Ye will make an appearance in court because of an autograph dealer who suggested that the incident got out of hand that year.
Hold on, it’s gets even crazier. At the time of the incident, the man recalls that the rapper went off where he allegedly yells, “I’m going to make a f**king example of you,”simultaneously, as the man made a reference of his divorce to Kim Kardashian… before he received jabs from Yeezy, according to TMZ.
The man further commented on his request for an apology from him but that was denied by the rap artist when he replied, “Apology for what?,” before he delivered several punches more and “severely injuring him.”
He even claimed that West had an attitude with one of his own peoples’ who tried to stop Ye from his attack, against him, to which he yelled out, “go to the f**king house and get my f**king kids.”
His lawsuit includes damages, where he states that he’s a victim of assault and battery while he suffered from emotional distress, TMZ also reported.
Additionally, Ye has another problem because the victim’s wife is involved as she also plans to sue Ye for consortium essentially as she suggested that she lost reimbursement from her husband based on the aftermath of the incident.
The autograph dealer was later checked out at an urgent care as the LAPD started an investigation.
