Another lawsuit misaimed at R&B Singer Chris Brown where allegations includes rape against a woman on a yacht which was parked at Diddy's Star Island home in Miami. The woman who prepared the $20 million lawsuit is identified as Jane Doe is a professional choreographer, dancer, and music artist who hit Breezy with accusations which includes of the singer being friendly that lead to the alleged rape within minutes.
The lawsuit indicates Doe's claims that Breezy grabbed the phone a friend that she was on FaceTime with at that moment and convinced her to attend Diddy's home quickly on the Miami's Star Island, according to TMZ.
Where she attended the occasion, on December 30 two years ago, Doe further claimed that Brown spoke with her leading him to ask Doe if she wanted a drink... Inviting her to the kitchen area of the yacht.
The documents of Doe's lawsuit also claims that Brown and herself entered the kitchen where he handed Doe a red cup filled with a mixed drink which lead them to begin a conversation. With Doe's cup refilled once more, her claim also revealed that she started to feel "a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness," TMZ also reported.
Her suit goes on to claim that she felt "disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep" too.. and at that point, she mentioned that Brown directed her to a bedroom as Doe was "drugged" and "half-asleep."
Documents also leads into deeper information of her time with the singer when he closed the bedroom door in her attempt to leave, take off the bottoms of her bikini, followed by kissing her. Doe explained that she ordered him to stop but instead Breezy continued and raped her afterwards.
Her claim has even more details where she exposed Brown of when he text her t˙e next day with the following message with a demand to take plan B, TMZ also reported.
Attorney's who represents the woman, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, has revealed that Doe hasn't made a report prior to the alleged rape to police at that moment as a result of her resume as a medical student and because she was embarrassed.
Her attorneys further stated that they're "committed to victims being heard and would urge anyone with information to contact them."
There's no response as of yet from Breezy or his team. However, it's just an accusation until a response has been made from the artist or his team in this matter.
