Certified Lover Boy Album Release Worth The Wait?

Updated: Sep 8, 2021

It's been nearly three years of fans waiting for DraKe to drop a new album ever since Scorpion dropped in 2018 and he finally broke silence when he released Certified Lover Boy earlier today. However, the mindset of his project is a combination of his vintage top dog bars along with smooth talk for the ladies.

He's definitely made an insane comeback Into the hip hop game with his new project after nearly a three-year hiatus and Drizzy insured to make it clear of his return with his single "Papi's Home." Suddenly, Drake transitions the tone into a smooth vibe for his single "Girls Want Girls."

The material of top notch bars quickly resumes throughout multiple singles like "Fair Trade" feat. Travis Scott, "N 2 Deep" feat. future, "No Friends In The Industry,""You Only Live Twice" feat. Lil. Wayne and Rick Ross, followed by "Fu**king Fans."

His "Certified Lover Boy" release is just a different concept in comparison to his previous project releases. Drizzy ensured that patience is key for his project to drop, and he most definitely made sure to make an extreme effort to elevate his form of bold lyrics.. which is a familiar territory to Drake.

Overall, his long-anticipating album release was worth the wait.
