Female Gaurd Hits Cardi B With A Lawsuit For Allege Assault     

A female security gaurd has strong intentions to take Cardi B down, legally, as she has accusations towards her, suggesting that the Bronx artist has spit, and striked her. Emani Ellis, the female security, documented her lawsuit against Cardi on Friday at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to TMZ.

Ellis's suit includes that she was on shift at the time in Beverly Hills when the incident occurred two years ago on February 24. However, witnesses see's the situation differently as they stated that Cardi was in the right.

The documents, picked up by TMZ, details that Ellis accused the artist of hitting the guard on the head, face, and body.

Ellis's dispute against Cardi took place in a medical building where witnesses reminisced that Cardi has just departed an appointment as the gaurd caught up with her to either take a video or photo with the artist.

However, Cardi asked Ellis to stop because she didn't feel comfortable of recording in the doctor's office. Ellis, who is African American, additionally declared that the rapper has also spit, cursed, and used racial insults, TMZ also reported.

Witnesses mentioned that Cardi was not surrounded by security when Ellis was upset with Cardi after the BX artist declined on being recorded, which lead to their argument, publicly. According to TMZ, a staff from the Doctor's office rushed outside to break up their fight, which didn't turn physical or included racial insults.

Her lawsuit against Cardi also suggests that the Gramny Award winning artist "then used her celebrity status to cost Ellis her job as a security guard." Theirs a twist to that scenario of the story because TMZ reported that Cardiff's patient coordinator, and doctor were at fault for costing Ellis her job because both staffs felt as though the gaurd Invaded her privacy.

Reps of the artist mentioned that she has granted them to releasethat portion of Information. Ellis Plans to sue Cardi for assault, battery, and emotional distress.
