Man, this is crazy! Jamie Foxx hit wit charges of sexual assault?! Sounds bogus as hell even from the plantiff’s detailed complaint.
According to TMZ, the plaintiff included details of the incident, which dates back to August 2015 at Catch NYC, where the lady issued her following statement.
That night, close to 11pm, she entered the venue and was seated at the rooftop lounge and bar. Moments later, she saw Foxx at another table.
It gets even more strange two hours later after the plantiff’s friend asked the actor/singer if he can take a pic with the plantiff and her friend to which she claimed that he responded, “Sure, baby anything for you…” The plaintiff suggested that he was intoxicated at the time, TMZ also reported.
She also claimed that they took more photos where Foxx supposedly also commented, “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” and outrageously followed by “you smell so good.” He also referred her to Gabrielle Union apparently.
The plantiff, Jane Doe, took her claim to further heights when stating certain actions that Foxx took towards her that same night.
Doe explained that her time with Foxx extended when he grabbed her by the arm and escorted her to the back of the rooftop, and allegedly grabbed her by the waist with both hands and moved them under her top. Additionally, he grabbed her breasts???
Her remaniises has extended more when she also claimed when she wanted to move herself away and saw a security guard and other potential witnesses who noticed this incident. However, they decided to keep walking… Interesting.
The documents of her claims is nonstop ridiculous when her allegations includes graphic memories when she mentioned that he slipped into her pants and also placed his fingers into vagina and anus. Additionally, she stated her friend came by and noticed what occurred, TMZ also reported.
Her claim gets outrageous with more claims which sounds insane but Doe even mentioned that she was injured from the result and went for medical treatment, suffered pain, and emotional distress.

In addition to suing Foxx, she Aldo has eyes on employees at Catch compensatory and punitive damages. No response by Foxx has been made at this time.
