Dammn, Actor Kevin Hart is targeted with another lawsuit. However, accusations of the comedian has erupted after a woman claiming that she was his partner for a 2017 sex tape planned her case against him.
According to TMZ, Montia sabbag called to seer Hart in court as her accusations towards the actor suggests that t˙e incident occurred in a hotel room in Vegas where apparently Hart and a friend of the comedian named JT Jackson, who was later arrested for extortion.
Furthermore, Sabbag claimed that Hart was motivated to continue with the sex tape publicly. She also revealed that Hart and Jackson expected to get more money from her for upcoming tour expenses and at that point, t was the reason for Jackson to allegedly hide the camera.
The suit against Hart shows that the Jackson had knowledge of how to use the camera at the time of the incident. Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion, TMZ also reported.
Although Hart denied any involvement with Sabbag, a video of himself from 2017 suggest otherwise as Hart apologized for his actions and advised that others shouldn't follow his wrongful actions.
His latest lawsuit comes from a previous lawsuit where another woman claimed she was knocked down from one of Hart's security. The case has been yet to be solved.
