Legal actions are pointed at Kevin Hart after a woman was physically rolled onto the floor by one of the actor's security guards who shoved other people aside to clear Hart's path as he was exiting a New York City Event with his security team, according to legal documents secured by TMZ.
The woman, identified as Carmen Marrero, suffered with a broken face when the assault from his security guard occurred this past January. That month, Marrero just kept to herself when she was walking on the street when the group of people was pushed aside from his security. Hart was heading out the door of his movie premiere "The Upside" at the time, Marrero's attorney, Richard Russo, explained to TMZ.
Marrero plans to sue Hart and his production company "HartBeat," followed by the SAG-AFTRA Foundation for assault and battery.
