Major issues in the United States like health Care motivated democratic candidates to kick off debate 2 with tough evidence of how their proposals were effected during their political career, especially between former Vice President Joe Biden and Democratic Politician of California Kamala Harris in Detroit.
The debate quickly heated up when Harris spoke aggressively towards Biden on how her plan to improve health care was extremely beneficial for a lot of people.
"I have been spending time in this campaign listening to american families, listening to experts, listening to health care providers and what I came away with is a very clear understanding that I needed to create a plan that was responsive to the needs of the american people," she explained.
Harris went into further detail of how her plan is functioned into two separate parts when she added, "So, I designed a plan where, yes, responsive needs to the american family. There will be a public plan under my plan for medicare and a private plan under may plan for medicare."
Biden fired back when he revealed proof that his vision for a better healthcare in America when he revealed evidence that the Obamacare was an effective plan when he was vice president under the Obama Administration..
"Obamacare took care of 20 million people intriguing conditions," he explained. "In fact, what we got is a public option that will in fact will allow anybody to buy in. No one has to keep their private insurance. They can buy into into it and with a $1,000 deductable and never have to pay. 8.5% income when they do it and if they don't have any money it's free."
