What the hell is going on with these sexual assault charges???? Jamie Foxx, and P. Diddy??? Although, Diddy’s situation has a twist though as another woman stepped up. However, her testimony is wild.
The lady’s lawsuit was documented mysteriously and supposedly by Jane Doe who suggested that Diddy and singer-songer Aron Hall took turns to rape her and one of Doe’s friends either 1990 or 1991, according TMZ.
Additionally, Doe’s lawsuit claims that the woman, along with her friend, met with record at a record event where Diddy and Hall started to flirt with them, and also purchasing drinks for them that night.
Her testimony also reveals that Diddy and Hall escorted the woman to Hall’s apartment where they considered to give her more alcohol and convinced her to have sex wit Diddy. Her claim reveals that Doe was traumatized. Lying on the bed, Hall entered the room, held her down and rapped her, TMZ also reported.
The claim also includes that she was rapped by both men.
However, Doe’s lawsuit alleges that his emotions changed when Diddy approached the woman’s home angrily.
“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,” the claim mentions as reported by TMZ. “Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
She has already been checked out at the hospital, Rolling Stones reported, as Doe also expressed what occurred to her family and friends.

Another side of this situation has been been revealed as of earlier today.
These are civil suits with fabricated claims of misconduct from over 30 years ago, which are nothing but a blatant money grab,“ a spokesperson for Diddy stated, TMZ reported. “Mr. Combs is being unfairly targeted by anonymous accusers who lie for financial gain. The New York Legislature never intended the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited.”
Developing News: Jamie Foxx Responds To Sexual Assault Allegations
As previously reported, Jamie Foxx is accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims that she asked Foxxxfor a few photos at the rooftop of Catch NYC back in August 2015 which including that he grabbed without permission.
The lady’s suit included comments made by him at the time when he said “Wow, you have that supermodel body" and "You smell so good." Her claim added that he pulled her by the arm to escort her to a back area where he began to rub his hands down her body including breasts, vagina, and anus.
According to TMZ, the woman’s accusations is false claims. “"The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn,” a spokesperson for Foxx recently stated. “That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then."
The spokesperson of the actor/singer added that they’re confident that the case will be resulted in a dismissal adding… “And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action."
