The second phase to reopen New York City has been planned out, and businesses of phase 2 will resume starting Monday.
Recently, Mayor De Blasio revealed that almost 300k or more people will be able head back to work.
According to NBC New York, businesses that are eligible to resume, within phase 2, includes, dining outdoors, office places, barbershop, hair salons, followed by playgrounds.
New York will slowly come back to normal.
