An unidentified gunman is currently on the run after he started a shooting spree at a graduation party last night in Philadelphia, leaving one person dead and seven others with injuries, CNN reported, prior to Police Commissioner Richard Ross.
Furthermore, an adult victims was murdered as a result of their injuries while three additional victims in their twenties were sustained with numerous wounds in different parts of their bodies, Ross also mentioned.
Four victims of the shooting includes teenagers ranging between the ages of 15 to 17 years old who sustained gunshot wounds to their legs, the police commissioner added. It was a crime scene that looked a lot more like a party site as many chairs were positioned in reverse and various items for the party were left behind the field, CNN also reported.
There was no caution tape surrounding the crime scene and party attendees just left as though it was a normal day. It's uncertain of the number of shooters who were involved and what was the gunman's intensions for that matter.
