Petty's Illegal History Gets Him In Trouble

Past troubles reemerges for Nicki Minaj's Husband, Kenneth Petty, as of earlier today when he turned himself into the Marshals on Wednesday for failure of agreeing to register himself as a sex offender. This occurred after he was arrested by U.S. Marshals.

Court documents collected by TMZ, shows that he packed his bags for Cali in July of last year. However, it was mentioned by law enforcements that Petty was pulled over in November of that same year in Beverly Hills, where his situation revisited him.

According to TMZ, Bev Hills PD caused a traffic stop, on November 15, to intentionally charge Petty as a sex offender in New York, yet, not registered in California, so it wasn't necessary at the time.

Petty was expected to check in with authorities which he hasn't done, and now they've opened a case against him.

Charges for Petty is a list that contains a 1995 conviction which resulted as a first degree rape. Furthermore, he served nearly 4 years in New York state prison for the crime he set out, and was required to file himself as a sex offender, TMZ also reported.

After his arrest, Petty was released on a $20,000 bond. He was charged by the County District Attorney. If Petty is convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
