Knicks Game Change For A Victory Against Hawks In Game 2

It was a tough challenge at first for the New York Knicks to pick up the lead throughout the first quarter last night in Game 2 against the Atlanta Hawks at Madison Square Garden. However, that motivated the Knicks to play even more dominantly... Which was noticed by Derrick Rose's shot, making the score 33-35, as they didn't trail too behind in the second quarter last night in game 2 of their playoffs series.

Continued shots were made by Trey Young, of the Hawks, to capture a major lead in points of 57-42 still in the second quarter. With 4:07 left in the 3rd quarter, Knicks were down by six points. That changed quickly as the Knicks managed to make it a tie-game of 72 points before the end of the third quarter. In addition, the crowd cheered insanely for the teams' impressive comeback.

Momentum remained on the Knicks side heading into the forth quarter as they were in there lead, and kept it as an alley-hoop was delivered by Obadiah Toppin to make the score 81-75. Knicks' strategyvof good passing, and shooting made it difficult for the Hawks to take back the lead until a pass from Trey Young to Clint Csapela's lay-up made it a tie-game once more with the score of 91 at only 5:04 left in the forth quarter.

Despite a minor tie-game for a second time, both Rose's shot along with Reggie Bullock's three-point play allowed the Knicks to break the tie-game as the score was 96-91. Knicks protected their lead from there and defeated the Hawks 101-92 to make it a tie series to one victory for both teams.

Their series continued as game 3 is scheduled for tomorrow night at 8pm on ESPN and te MSG Network.
