It was a challengeable start for both New York teams during their respected opponents in game one this past weekend for Brooklyn Nets when they faced Boston Celtics on Saturday at the Barclays Center arena in Brooklyn. They were playing aggressively to ensure that they wouldn't trail behind in points.
With shots made by Kyrie Irving , and Kevin durant, followed by a three-point play delivered by James Harden, the Nets were able to catch up. By the fourth quarter, Nets managed to surpass Celtics in points, and defeat their opponents as the final score was 104-93 in game one of their series.
Their next game against Celtics is scheduled for Tomorrow night at 7:30pm on the TNT Network, and NBC Sports Network. Meanwhile, Knicks played with a strong effort to overcome the odds against Atlanta Hawks to a point where it was a tie game with the amo.nt out 54 points in the third quarter.
Although Knicks managed to break the tie game, as they were ahead 77-73 in the fourth quarter, it all changed when Hawks came back up and won the game as the final score was 107-105, a close game. Knicks has as chance when they go against Hawks in game 2 this Wednesday Live on the TNT Network, and the MSG Network.
