One experiment with formulas has inspired founder of Royal Richness, Samantha Jean Francois, after testing a few other skincare lines which wasn't right for her skin. However, she decided switch up her strategy, and created a skin butter that turned out to be effective at a point where her skin began to clear up.
Francois came across a few ingredients that she observed to ensure that her line is beneficial not just for herself but also to people throughout the community, and it's only been two years since her line has been launched.

With sales of her skincare line on a continued basis, a strong response has surrounded Francois's brand based on positive effects its has on a person, and apparently in more ways than just skin.

Consumers have mention how much they love the product smell of the butters and the way their skin feels after application," she explained. "The number one comment I typically get from consumers is the magnificent skin glow that occurs from applying our body butter. It gives ones skin a beauty that illuminates from the inside out."

Francois dogged into a deeper meaning behind her brand when she revealed her expression about ownership of her brand, inside and out. "I initially detested the idea of having my own business because I thought it was too much work to do. However with Royal Richness, this is y baby; it's something I love doing. Royal Richness allows for me to channel my creative side on developing different ways on how I view my skin.
Her love for Royal Richness extends to the point where Francois describes her brand as "versatile" for reasons of the fact that she is able to experiment new formulas whether her experiments are based on body butter or skin.
"I can begin working on a new scent of a new shimmer color scheme, or creating different products as lip bombs or oils, I'm not bored with my business," Francis explained. "Continuing the growth of my business Royal Richness, allows me to keep educating myself on ways to provide in a holistic approach. I love create products that are made with natural ingredients that provides benefit to your body."
Royal Richness ensures that their products are continuously beneficial with a few strategies to keep business moving. Aside from reading the bible, and praying to keep a positive mindset, the founder also writes her ideas down, sets up assignments for herself that are prior to the task of ˙er business like running the brands' page on Instagram, along with inventory and making the ingredients of her products.
Currently, her brand expands further than just with skin-care products. the mindset expansion is based on more creations of products like lip balms, body oils, along with beard and hair oils.
"I would like to expand some of my current products. I would like to create products for our male audience," she explained. "I am currently working on something on my beardeed men; so far it's getting positive feedback. I'm planning to branch out into other avenues in the coming months."
Wit her brand thoughtfully prepared, Francois is ready to take her brand to the next direction. Simultaneously, the founder has a few advices for a young person who's focused to pursue a career as an entrepreneur.
"Go for it, " she started off. "If this is an idea that you love, can't stop thinking about, truly makes you happy, then do it. Trust in God and he will put you to where you need to be and more," Francois also explained.
Francois pointed out that black entrepreneurship has a major status in which she described as refreshing. "Our young black people are utilizing their skills/talents and then using those trades to service within their community."
Wit a strong commitment to her brad, Francois only allows one dayooff a week for herself.
