Vanessa Bryant Files Lawsuit Aimed At Helicopter Company

The passing of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, and his daughter Gigi is hard on Vanessa Bryant but her intensions suggests that she takes legal actions with a lawsuit against the owner of the helicopter of which Kobe, Gigi, and seven other passengers took flight before the accident occurred on January 26th.

Her claims against Island Express details that the company was permitted to fly through flight rules the shape that the helicopter was in on the day of the accident wasn't strong enough for flying.

According to TMZ, Vanessa's lawsuit further reveals that the pilot flew the helicopter at 180 miles per hour while being surrounded by heavy fog moments before the crash sadly landed in Calabasas, CA.

Furthermore, her lawsuit alleges that the pilot declined on properly checking, and estimating the weather condition. Additional failure statistics prior to Vanessa's claims includes not collecting convenient weather information that's beneficial for the flight, misunderstood to manage control over the helicopter, and failed to steer away from "natural obstacles" in the flight's direction, TMZ reported.

Vanessa's claims carries on to which it questions terror acts; damages that has erupted emotional trauma that caused Kobe and gigi suffer from when the pilot found It difficult to escape the cloud before the accident.

She's on a pursuit to sue Island Express for damages of loved ones loss, followed by care, affection, comfort, service, right to support and support, solidarity, moral support, counseling, and future support, TMZ also reported. Ind addition, the suit also pursues money based on loss of supportive finances, and burial along with funeral expenses.
