Warriors Found Revenge In Game 2 Against Raptors

Updated: Jun 5, 2019

Golden State had no intensions of taking it easy against the Raptors in Game 2 last night at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Raptors were on to a strong start again, yet, Klay Thompson refused to see a repeat from last Thursday and made a three-point-play, making the score 3-2 with Warriors in the lead.

Although Raptors made their shots to get back the lead, Golden State played a serious game to ensure that they weren't going to loose that night. Their dominance was shown a lot more in the third quarter with the score of 74-62 after Draymond Green passed through two defenders of the Raptors to score a layup.

The game was an entire nightmare for Raptors in the fourth quarter as Quinn Cook made matters worse for them when he scored a three-point shot making the score 95-88. Warrior picked up a strong victory with the final score 109-104, with a tied series of one to one.

Players Stats:

Clay Thompson: 25 pts.

Steph Curry: 23 pts.

Drayman Green: 23 pts.
